Pros:
Super of the building is very helpful and responsive. 1 bed room apts are good size and cozy neighbors are ok but typical for the neighborhood Clean building. few, if any pest issues.
Cons:
Packages get stolen due to the shelter across the street Noise level outside during the summer months is intense
