Pros:
I got my apartment on a cheap price due to the pandemic.
Cons:
The super is not up to date nor knows about any of the apartments they’re being renovated. Super dose not walk vacant apartments to see if they are ready to be move into. They do not check to see if anything was missed or needs to take care of. I have a dishwasher that is not working because the hose is cracked this should’ve been taken care of before I moved in three months later and it still has not been taken care of along with the tub. My tub was not taking care of before I moved in. The tub needed to be reglaze before I moved in. After a few times of complaining they finally fixed it the tub....... I had to constantly contact the super about this issue. if you’re not on him he would not come up to check it. oh let’s not talk about the windows on how they are not sealed correctly. Smh
Advice to owner:
Make sure the apartment is fully 100% complete before moving on.
