Improve maintainance

Pros:
It’s in the mid of every bussines that it is around the community restaurants, groceries stores everything is close. Train and bus line one block away from the building.
Cons:
Loud noise, neighbors don’t have respect for the loud music they play. Drug dealers come in and out of the building in plain sight. The building is dirty with stains on the walls, poor maintainance.
Advice to owner:
Start improving the quality of live for the people who live in your property. Make a high security doors for better safety of the tenants.
