Don’t expect any help from super here

Pros:
neighborhood and community are great - lots of great food options in area
Cons:
super ignores requests and makes excuses why he hasn’t fixed anything
the building needs better repairs and better pest control
Advice to owner:
fire the super he is rude

great neighborhood, bad super

Pros:
Love the neighborhood and community; close to the 1 train
Cons:
The super is non responsive and cancels constantly. Talks down top people and treats them badly. Building mgmt doesn't pay con ed on time and we constantly get notices they will be tuning off electric or heat to the common areas of the building.
Advice to owner:
Get a super who does the work - this one cant deal with the workload of two buildings which always need something repaired
