Great apartment neighborhood sucks

Super is fantastic
Cons:
Location: this neighborhood is the loudest in NYC. You need to run the ac in the middle of winter. The music never stops.

No noise at all in the building. Apartment are quite huge, very well located by subway.
Cons:
The management is horrible! Chad and Nathan are not friendly and bullies to people especially Chad. You rent is late one day because of mail issues, they charge huge fees. They have no understanding and flexibility towards their renters and can be extremely disgraceful in their dealing with families. The grandfather was a much nicer man. They inherited the company and are entitled at its best! Their bullying tactics are simply unbelievable! A shame to see owners acting this way.
Advice to owner:
You should honnestly look at yourself on how you deal with renters. You are absolutely terrible and I hope that this pandemic has humbled you to treat people with kindness and respect.
