Pros:
The rooms are spacious with lots of storage space. Laundromat downstairs next door. Affordable rent. Near everything you need.
Cons:
No elevator
Very thin walls
Roach infestation
Stolen packages and lack of support from the landlord
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants complains and do something about it.
