Mostly a nightmare

Pros:
Close to everything you would ever need. Shopping, trains, buses, port authority , banks, bodegas, restaurants etc. Its in a prime location.
Cons:
The super position is a revolving door. We get a new one every 6 months or so. Landlord refuses to invest any real money into the building and hire people that actually know what they are doing. They go for the cheap workers that do the bare minimum. Had to hire my own maintenance guy to plasters and fix their mistakes. Building has always had a big roach and mouse problem. Just terrible. Will be outta here soon.

Near of all shops
2 Blocks away from George Washington Bridge
Public Transportation
Cons:
Noise is extremely bad
Neighbors smoke cigarettes and weed in common areas
Change Super frequently
Advice to owner:
Fix the front door with a modern door lock. Doors doesn’t closed properly and we get our package stolen because front door not closing.
