Avoid This Trap House At All Costs

Pros:
Nothing. It’s cheap I guess.
Cons:
Everything. Building is used by neighborhood gang to sell crack inside and outside. Building filled with junkies passing out and ringing random doors. Gang blocks building entrance/defaces the doors/locks. INSANE RODENT/ROACH INFESTATION!!! Rats literally climbed through my ceiling prompting me to move out.
Advice to owner:
Stop being awful
