Walk up in the heights

Pros:
Great neighbors, everyone looks out for each other and loves to chit-chat in the halls.
Cons:
Dirty dirty dirty. Some residents just don’t care and leave trash out, messes take weeks to clean, walls are sloppily painted. I think the super is overstretched with other buildings.
Advice to owner:
Hire another porter.
