Decent, but bad pest problem
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious. Came with tv, ac, in unit laundry, and almost all utilities included in rent. The super has been very responsive when we've needed him. Nice area and generally would love this apartment if not for the cons.
Cons:
The pests. The landlord will not do maintenance to actually stop anything like sealing holes so you just gotta deal with it on your own :/ We've had mice, roaches, and even ants. None ever really went away they come in waves. Heat is pretty unbearable in the main room from lack of windows but the bedrooms have the ac units so at least it isnt too hot to sleep.
Advice to owner:
for the amount you charge for rent, better maintenance is needed besides sending an exterminator to spray around once a month.

Not the Best
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the subway, Jose the super is amazing, the management company was quick to reply, pretty nice neighborhood
Cons:
I was in a constant battle with roaches, we heard mice in the ceilings and saw one in our apartment once, we had loud neighbors who regularly had police check ins (not sure why), bathroom hardware was cheap and broke easily, the elevator would occasionally get stuck

Cute Building in WH
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lovely super, easy management team to work with, and apartment was perfect location for public transportation
Cons:
No washer/dryer in building, so if you don’t have one in your apartment than gotta go to laundromat
Advice to owner:
Please give more incentive to local students

Bad experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the A and 1 train
Cons:
Bad neighbors, bad super, bad quality of work done by maintenance, neglected building, not secured
Advice to owner:
Renovate the building, keep the tenants accountable for the noise they make and the disruption to other tenants, keep the super accountable for his responsibilities.
