Pros:
The building is small and pretty quiet and neighbors are nice!
Cons:
Cameras don’t work in the building, package always get stolen, there are A Lot!! of water bugs!! Even with the “monthly pest control.” That does nothing and there are still a lot of bugs.
Advice to owner:
Get the bugs under control and fix the camera for safely issues.
