Pros:
The super is incredibly reliable and helpful. He keeps the building very clean and is responsive for minor repairs/replacements. He has a cage where he locks up all the packages every day so they don’t get stolen. Folks are friendly and the units that face the alley avoid most of the street noise. Apartments are large.
Cons:
The walk to the A is a little far (8-10) minutes but not unreasonable. The alley facing units don’t get a ton of light but that’s honestly the only downside to the otherwise nice large apartments
