Pros:
The apartments are big, the neighbors are receptive, and it is a good neighborhood.
Cons:
Even though the super is very helpful, the laundry was not working for almost a year. So tread mildly on this topic.
Advice to owner:
Keep the services you offer working or remove them completely.

ehh its alright. if your used to living uptown its normal.

Pros:
trash is always taken out.
elevator works 98% of the time. 2% is usually in summer when heat is insane.
Cons:
heat in the winter is hit or miss. some days they will blast you with heat. other days they will only give heat during the morning then let you freeze until the night time. sometimes no heat during the night. hot water is good overall. the occasional days every few months where there is no hot water 1 day. btw this is based on the 6th floor (last floor). not sure how the other floors experience heat.
super does not clean the hallways or stairs so you can see the same napkin on the steps for 3 weeks straight. i think they only clean when the management company is coming to visit.
UPS FedEx and USPS is most of the time too lazy to bring the packages up to your door so they are left in the lobby.
Advice to owner:
stop being cheap and fix the fucking boiler the right way! have the super clean!

Pros:
The neighbors are really friendly.
Cons:
Everything else sucks. Packages get stolen, it's not maintained properly, there's always an issue getting someone to address problems in the apartment. Elevator in bad condition. EVERYTHING IS JUST BAD.
Advice to owner:
CARE ABOUT YOUR PROPERTY AND ITS TENANTS.
