The worst management

Pros:
Beautiful apartment layout
Cons:
Building was infested with mice and roaches and management was completely absent. They were impossible to get a hold of and when they did send someone, that person would find an excuse to leave and never be heard from again.
Advice to owner:
Get out of property management, this is not the career for you.

Beautiful Building, worried about heat/hot water

Beautiful apartment and maintained common areas.
Cons:
Shower doesn't work upon move in.
Advice to owner:
please check hot water pressure before putting property on the market
