Unsatisfying place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Some people are nice. Management is on-premises. Rent increases have been low.
Cons:
No cooking gas or laundry dryers for 6 months now - don’t know when they’ll be back on. Neighbors are extremely loud. Repairs of things like leaky ceilings can be hit or miss. Consistent mouse problem. Super is nice, but doesn’t speak much English, so communication is hard.
