Great except pests
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great/responsive super, nice neighbors, large apartments, close to transportation, lovely park across the street, nearby multiple grocery stores and the BEST bodega.
Cons:
We had 3 bed bug infestations over 4 years, all coming through our bathroom so there was obviously an untreated infestation in a nearby apartment. Our last infestation was at the beginning of the pandemic and we could not get in touch with management for over a week.

Cons:
Ummm.... don’t want to be held liable.

Great building, bugs can be a problem
Former Tenant
Pros:
These apartments are huge! And the super Micki is incredible. Very helpful and responsive. We also could never hear our neighbors and we never had a noise complaint against us, so we assume the walls are pretty thick! Never had an issue with the heating. Trash and laundry was easily accessible with two elevators!
Cons:
We had bed bugs 4 times in this building. We were immaculate in our cleaning and treatment and inevitably a year later they would appear again. The exterminator told us someone clearly has an infestation in the building that isn’t being treated causing us to get them over and over. We would hardly ever find more than one or two bugs, but that’s enough to make you go through the hell that is bed bugs. Also, the management company is okay- the super is amazing, but management was not responsive to our last claim about bed bugs and getting treatment. Also at the end. Of our lease that clearly states we paid a pet deposit, they wouldn’t refund it claiming they told us not to pay it even though our lease clearly stated we had to pay it.however, I gotmarried and closed that bank account so I couldn’t prove we paid it. They did shady things like that...
