Pretty decent apartment building

Pros:
This building is safe, quiet, and the neighbors are really nice. Neighborhood is generally safe and apartments have a decent amount of space.
Cons:
Pests, management can be hard to get a hold of, the super is the same way.

Pros:
Elevator is nice and the super keeps the place pretty functional and clean. Heating is great and most units are renovated and kept clean.
Cons:
Neighbors are pretty loud and often disrespect common space (smoking in the hallways/stairwells). Management is not very responsive and can be tricky about paperwork/leases.
Advice to owner:
Would be great to have a laundry room
