Former Tenant
Pros:
Generally always clean, super is responsive via phone, management company is also chill and allows tenants to pay with an online portal. Generally all neighbors are really friendly and some have lived here for over 20 years. Close to some v cute restaurants and close to the A and 1 trains. Fort Tryon is walking distance too! Elevator and laundry in building!
Cons:
Pre-war so sometimes things are silly like not having an outlet by a window for AC, 1 or 2 loud neighbors. A few streets up pops up on Citizen app every now and then and there is a needle exchange close by but so far haven’t had any issues with that at all.
Advice to owner:
Great building, just be sure you’re good with a commute from Upstate Manhattan :). Also not a car owner and there is lots of double (triple) parking. If that stresses you out maybe look elsewhere.

Just ok- but declining hopefully they turn it around.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Package room, super very friendly and responsive without needing to contact management. Pet friendly
Cons:
Management takes forever to respond to things. The employees at the management office are rude and always seem to be in a rush. All communication to management has to be FAXED (so archaic!!). Laundry room is a joke and disgusting. Washers have mold in them, they are not kept up with. Dryers don’t dry well. Snow clean up in the winter is horrible. Safety is an issue here. Constant strange people in and out this building. Junkies passed out on stairwells. Roaches up the wazoo although they do provide free extermination every month.
Advice to owner:
Clean up this shit hole!
