It was okay
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry in building and package room plus nice neighbors who for the most part keep to themselves.
Cons:
Roach infestations started during pandemic because building stop paying for exterminator maintenance once a month
Advice to owner:
Do a better job of maintaining premises
