Please clean up
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good heat during the winter, good water pressure although living in one of the bottom floors not the top. New elevator.
Cons:
New elevator but it’s always stained and not well maintained, the hallways should be maintained better and cleaned more often. The building vestibule is dirty about 90% of the time and packages go missing very often even though there are cameras in the hallways.
Advice to owner:
Hire more staff to keep the building clean and to upkeep with maintenance issues in apartments in a timely manner
