Great place, difficult to get responses
Former Tenant
Pros:
No pests, neighbors were nice, great location
Cons:
Súper was very hard to get to show up and there was a leak in my room that they kept pasting over but not fixing. It was occasionally hard to get in contact with the landlord.
Advice to owner:
Know how to speak Spanish!
