Horrible management/Super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pre-war apartments. Very spacious bedroom, living room and dining room.
Cons:
The building did not have GAS FOR 2 YEARS. They actually use Covid as an excuse for not providing us gas.
The super is lazy, good luck trying to get him to fix anything in your apartment.
Your fellow neighbors have no consideration about you and your family and will blast music all night long.
Advice to owner:
Stop pocketing the money that’s supposed to be used for the building repair and maintenance.
Stop hiring people from craigslist to do shitty paint jobs and repair.
