Pros:
There is good heat nothing else
Cons:
The entire building has lead they don’t like to fix you will have to call 311 and 311 send someone to fix , the water comes up brown and dirty a lot of times , in the lobby at time is dripping water
Advice to owner:
Do your job fix ur tenants apartment because ur rent is too high and give bad service management is never available for that building neither his manager they never pick up the phone and never get back to u that’s why people call 311
