Typical NYC Buidling but the tenants care
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is very helpful! Tenants care about the condition of the building. Some tenants sweep and mop the floors. All neighbors are kind and vigilant.
Cons:
Management can be more proactive about apartment updates and upgrades. It can be a hassle communicating between super and management. Had some roaches and mice but the building sends the exterminator very diligently.

Old neglected building with potential
Former Tenant
Pros:
For the most part, neighbors are really nice and friendly. There’s a great sense of community here.
Cons:
The building is old and stairs are in need of repairs. Management doesn’t get to the bottom of issues in units when called. Ongoing leak problems that aren’t being fixed at the root.

Close to calling landlord slumlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice big apartments in this building
Cons:
1.Management company is very slow to respond when needed. 2. Large number of rats running throughout the basement. 3. Building floor is always dirty, they attempt to clean but it needs a good buff. 4. Management company lack communication. 5.intercom has been busted for 2 years now. 6. Every super that has worked on this building has always had an issue with the managment company. 7. RESPONSE is super slow.
Advice to owner:
Pay more attention to your residents and the individual needs that each apartment in this building requires. Also, please do something about the rat infestation that is currently happening in the basement. Wax the building floors they are super dirty.
