Impossible to reach management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Affordable building, kept relatively clean. Neighbors were polite and reasonably quiet.
Cons:
Almost impossible to get in touch with management. Never received a signed copy of my lease or signed a lease renewal. Took months for my security deposit to be returned.
Advice to owner:
Improve communication with management.
