Pros:
It’s a convenient location for equal distance of the A train and 1 train. There are also many restaurants, pharmacy’s, and clinics in the area. The Fort Tryon park is close by and so is the Inwood Hill Park.
Cons:
It is a noisy neighborhood especially during the weekend. The apartments need repair.
Advice to owner:
Repair a few things in the building and offer another cable/internet service.
