Don’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stable lease
Cons:
The management has ignored the open drug dealing and gang activity directly in front of the street. The noise level is unacceptable even for uptown Manhattan
Advice to owner:

Nightmare living situation
Former Tenant
Pros:
Proximity to subway Spaciousness Modern feel to the apartments with exposed brick. Washer/Dryer in unit Low rent
Cons:
Thin walls and floors, you can hear every footstep ever taken, every conversation heard above and next to you. There is a gang that conducts drug deals 24/7 out front and there is gun violence because of it. Windows have poor insulation so every word from the street is heard. Cockroach infestation.
