Good for first apt with no other options

Pros:
Location, felt safe, for the most part quiet
Cons:
The dogs in the first floor apartment. They bark every time someone comes up to the apartment and it will smell like pee in the lobby. People will lodge the door open, and packages will get stolen
Advice to owner:
Get some kind of camera for the lobby, it’s not expensive at all and it would help a lot

Actual apartment is quiet, spacious, good deal
Cons:
It’s a walk up (but hey, exercise)
Loud neighborhood—fireworks, bachata music; building needs a serious cleaning
