No Stove or Laundry for 16 months
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near A Train
Cons:
Hot water would be off with no warning for days. They used COVID as an excuse to have the gas off and laundry out for 16 months.
Advice to owner:
Don’t give your tenants Burger King Gift-cards instead of a working stove

Parkoff is Terrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big, spacious apartments for a relatively low price
Cons:
Terrible, shady owners. Cockroach problems. Cooking gas has been shut off for a year.
Advice to owner:
We’ve been out of cooking and laundry gas for a year and Parkoff hasn’t compensated the tenants for the inconvenience throughout Covid/quarantine. They are evasive and hire cheap, seedy, terrible contractors for work in the building. My particular unit has been destroyed several times by cheap labor that we had to harangue the owners to bring in in the first place.
