Elevator building with al

Pros:
It’s conveniently located between 1 and A trains. The building is very close to supermarkets, restaurants and many other stores.
Packages are rarely stolen
Elevator and laundry in the basement
Cons:
Laundry is not efficient to do heavy load for washing or drying . It cost $3 per load for washing or drying . However, they didn’t dry enough for one load if you are doing in full. They need to upgrade the laundry machine and keep them clean
I saw one of the super clean or sweep the corridor very often. However, some people in the building makes messes such as throwing trash , smoking cigarettes on the stairwell.
Advice to owner:
Should upgrade the kitchen appliances/ garbage management and laundry machine

Good location, near restaurants, bars, transit, and parks Affordable Spacious
Cons:
Cleanliness has fallen off since the pandemic. Management is very rude.

Learn to treat your tenants with more respect

Rodent infestation

Packages rarely go missing.
Cons:
Huge rats when you take the trash down. Entire building infested with mice. Unresponsive super.

Get a new super
