Mostly liveable except for one unit

Pros:
Lenette is amazing. The neighbours have lived here for years and are mostly extremely nice. It feels like a community.
Cons:
Management is unresponsive and one neighbour is horrible.
Advice to owner:
Keep Lenette - answer your emails.

FUTURE TENTANTS BEWARE

Pros:
Elevator, Spacious Apartment w/ moderate to large sized rooms.
Cons:
Cannot control the heat, low water pressure, vermin from time to time (you can hear mice in the walls and ceiling), noisy neighbors, packages get stolen, super and landlord are inattentive to major issues, apartment located on a very busy street (more noise), cheap renovations, expensive rent, issues are never fixed in a timely manner, elevator is out of order from time to time (not good for disabled tenants)
