Not my Favorite Place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment was gut renovated Lots of space High ceilings
Cons:
Kitchen had no drawers Elevator hardly ever worked Because of this, residents would leave their trash in the hallways, for weeks! Trash piles always outside Water damage on the ceiling
Advice to owner:
Get better maintenance support for trash management and elevator management
