75 Cabrini Review
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s quiet and neighborhood are respectful in my floor.
Cons:
They did so many violations. They’re iffy about heating during the winter. When living there the landlord doesn’t control the pests in his basement so they start creeping up to every other floor. It’s clean but the you have those who drink and leave bottles in the lobby. For the amount of rent I prefer living in another area. The reason why I don’t move is cuz I share my apartment with someone else. But I would move if I could. For the rent, the charity of the apartment and building is giving cheapy. Tony the landlord could do better, way better. There’s a super who retired so it’s like having a non existent super and it’s not about what needs to be done it’s about whether he feels like it or not.
Advice to owner:
Be on top of you shit and invest in better quality. And a better super.
