Great building, great staff
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super and building staff are friendly and run a tight ship. The building is co-op and mostly owner-occupied. There's a well-maintained courtyard, and the lobby was recently re-done. Most units have a fire door that leads to the courtyard. The holiday decorations are beautiful and the building hosts annual parties in the lobby.
Cons:
Washers are old and there are only x4 for a building with x60+ units.
