Good Views with some small isssues
Former Tenant
Pros:
The views are fabulous. The size of the bedrooms is amazing. Apartments are painted well.
Cons:
No laundry in the building or anywhere close by. Management is very unresponsive. There is a pest issue.
Advice to owner:
Get the pests under control and make sure you’re responding to issues from tenets.

Great Views
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great views of GW bridge Amazing sunsets over looking across the water to NJ. Great view of midtown and Empire State framed right under the GW Big sized apartments
Cons:
Walk up and more stairs from the door to the street. Not ideal for a stroller or anyone with a wheelchair or in need of assistance walking up and down the stairs. The neighborhood is hilly and you have to climb the hill to get to the A train with a broken escalator. While the GW is a great view at night, it is also very noisy and with constant construction, you can’t open the windows for the noise and dust coming into the apartment.
Advice to owner:
Get thicker windows

Bedbugs and problem long time hoarder tenants!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great, street is safe and quiet with amazing views and nice renovations in some units. Incredible super lives on site!!!!
Cons:
Bedbugs were a huge problem for many years. Noise a huge problem from certain neighbors. Two tenants can’t take care of themselves and live among bugs and trash and refuse help, this gives problems to others. Leakage and hot water not always super hot.

Not really worth it...
Former Tenant
Pros:
Excellent super, responsive management, great space and renovations, beautiful views of the GWB, good covid procedures
Cons:
Bedbugs repeatedly over the course of several years because neighbors refuse to be treated, loud neighbors, unsanitary neighbors, pests, water leaks, hot water problems frequent, mail carriers don’t want to climb outdoor stairs so don’t even buzz and mark you as not home
Advice to owner:
They’re doing the best they can under the circumstances
