Easy building to live in

Pros:
Nice apartments, fair landlord
Cons:
There's some peeling paint in places but that's just cosmetic

Pros:
Close to A train, M4 bus, lots of restaurants and supermarkets and shopping on 181st St.
Cons:
Laundry on premises however very expensive to wash and dry. Being on the top floor there are constant leaks. Very slow to make repairs. Heat is not consistent. Packages stolen from common areas and there is no secure area for them
Advice to owner:
Need to be more attentive to repairs. Need better receptionists. Extremely rude via phone.
