Deteriorated
Former Tenant
Pros:
Excellent location - close proximity to public transportation (M4 & M98 busses right outside the building, A around the corner, 1 is 10 minutes walk away). Great range of options for dining in and out, Blink and Planet Fitness gyms are a 15 minute away, awesome parks with dog runs. Majority of the neighbors are kind, thoughtful, and will go out of their way to help.
Cons:
New super doesn't live on site and continuously ignores messages. Building is filthy an porter barely cleans the surface. No periodical apartment upkeep required by law (paint etc). Elevator broke down multiple times before management finally fixed a major infrastructure issue. No elevator for nearly a month, and management was very rude to tenants who called to ask for a timeliness or update.
Would not recommend! It's going downhill.
