I do not like freezing or cold showers or the rudeness and gaslighting from the management company or when the building goes on fire

Get it together

Perfect location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Perfect location steps from the A. The renovated units are big with great layouts, W/D in unit. No real complaints.
Cons:
Some roaches, but they do have a monthly exterminator.
Advice to owner:
Install cameras.

Nice but old.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, very affordable. Nice neighbors and nice neighborhood
Cons:
Old building… Basement with laundry should be much better, nasty and unfinished. Management and owners could take better care of property. Long wait for repairs… went 4 months with no hot water… elevator broke for 2 months… needs better care in general
Advice to owner:
Property could be better with better care

Great Neighbors, Horrible Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Unique styling, kept many of the prewar touches, good location, large apartments. The super is friendly, and so are the majority of the other tenants.
Cons:
Units facing the courtyard have no air flow, the heat is unevenly distributed in the building, management is UNRESPONSIVE and stingy. The previous management company has a history of fraud, esp fraudulent deregulation of rent stabilized units. So check your rent history.
