Generally fine, but laundry doesn’t work
Former Tenant
Pros:
No major issues, the building was rarely too cold and felt very solid
Cons:
They advertise laundry in the building, but none of the machines have worked for over a year. There was a period of time where we weren’t getting rent bills during some months and then would be sent a rent bill for both months, which could be frustrating but wasn’t terrible (and is now resolved). Some of the apartments seem very overpriced
Advice to owner:
Fix the laundry machines if you’re going to advertise them
