    Nice and secure building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Stable tenants. Low turnaround. Great Super who maintains bullding maticiloisly.
    Cons:
    No elevator. No laundry. Sponsor still owns approx. 48% of units.
    Advice to owner:
    I love our building.
