Had to leave after Seven Months

Pros

Clean, beautiful views, well-kept building, quiet.

Cons

The heat in the master bedroom/bathe room was abysmal. After three frigid winter months, we realized we would be getting no help from the landlord/management. We got a lot of lip service, but it was clear that the landlord was not willing to rectify the problem. So the temperature fell below 62° for months, and we just dealt with it. And now, after seven months of living here, we are moving out because we’re not willing to spend another winter here.
