Dirty scaffolding for 5 years with no construction

Terrible management.they installed this scaffolding five years ago and it’s still up, with loud noises and garbage every day. Huge dogs, and each neighbor has three to four dogs. I can’t wait to move out by February 1.

I’ve lived here for 5 years. Fred Ohebshalom is the landlord, and he was named the worst landlord in NYC in 2024. Lobby door is always open, My neighbor is a drug dealer. Construction happens every day, for two years straight. There are rats and bugs everywhere. Five apartments are empty now. Management is terrible and completely useless. Overall, I can’t wait to move out.
