Nice and Quiet

Pros:
On a side street so noise is minimal and neighbors are respectful
Cons:
Just by nature of the architecture there is not a lot of natural light and almost no direct sunlight. Great for me as I work nights but not realistic for most

Peaceful, quiet building, nice neighbors.
Cons:
Dirty unkempt building, trash and garbage poorly maintained, unresponsive superintendent
