Faulty, with some nice features
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great pre-war details and more than enough heat, the space for a 1 bedroom is great. There’s actually decent street parking.
Cons:
There is only one outlet in each of the living room and bedroom, worth looking out for. The super tries to manage everything but is clearly stretched thin and doesn’t get enough resources from management. His English also isn’t great. The neighborhood is fine, but not great and the corner the building is on can get loud because cars/trucks often idle or just hang out here.
