Noisy neighbors, great super

Good location, spacious apartment layouts
Cons:
Package thefts, insanely noisy neighbors, police station nearby is loud, no elevator on 1/2 the building

Better eviction policy

It's a really beautiful old building with really great features.
Cons:
The building had recurrent bedbug issues. Multiple exterminators stated that the bedbugs were coming from a different location in the building and management refused to do anything about it.
Advice to owner:
Proper extermination would be a start

this building is about to collapse many cockroaches bugs mice and packages are stolen
Cons:
I did not know that this building has the columns that support it, they are cracked and every day it declines more, the pipes are damaged, dirty water always comes up through the bathtub and the sink, please call the city to come and inspect this building before collapse please urgent

this building needs emergency attention from the city that they come to inspect it there is another insect apart from the bugs that looks like a scorpion it comes out every day by quantity help please

Nice super and good neighbors
Cons:
Never cleaned daily, Rodent and water bug problems also needs a huge renovation
Advice to owner:
Take care of your renters!!! Clean the building and repair the apartments
