It's ok I guess
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pretty artdeco style building
Cons:
Needs so much updating. Electricity, windows, cosmetic.
Advice to owner:
If you insist on doing everything through usps you need to provide a real address NOT a po box. Legal documents need to be sent via Certified mail.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building has a good garbage system and the super is good about fixing broken things. The heat works very well in the winter.
Cons:
Management are ruthless pieces of trash. They don’t care about you. They also don’t do email- only phone calls and letters. Yes, letters. like we live in the 1800s. Had a psychotic downstairs neighbor who would bang on the ceiling when I walked. Had to call the police on him twice and they did nothing about it. They told me I need to cover my floors with carpeting. Well… the floors are very old and full of cracks. I’ve had a roach problem since I moved in. The exterminator keeps coming but nothing has helped. I’m still finding roach nymphs under the kitchen sink. There are also beetles that come in from the floorboard cracks. Packages also periodically get stolen.
