    Cheap option on Bennett
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Low rent
    Quite family friendly street
    Lots of nice Mormons in the building
    Very clean basement trash area
    Cons:
    Some smoking in hallways
    Cockroaches
    $500 fee directly to super
    Advice to owner:
    Replace laundry machines
    No smoking in hallways
    Make back courtyard into a nice area for people to get together
    Make sure there are no cockroaches before new tenants move in
