-super is fantastic and super responsive and sweet. Really knows his stuff and quick response time.
-quiet street
Right by A and 1 trains
Cons:
It is an older building so insulation isn’t great. So can be cold when the heat isn’t on.

Good Building, Good Management, Amazing Super
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is amazing. Very responsive, very trustworthy, very on top of everything.
Working security cameras in the lobby.
Responsive management.
Good neighbors, clean building, right near A and 1 trains
Cons:
It's an old building, there are lots of things that need serious repairs.
Every few years there is a roach problem and it took a while to get an exterminator.
Advice to owner:
Make sure to retain the super

195 Bennett Living
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good building. The super is great—responsive & helpful. Giant affordable rental units. Nice neighbors in the building.
Cons:
Can be noisy on the street. Some maintenance jobs seem rushed. Floors & walls are thin—neighbor noise carries easily. Management isn’t super responsive.

Nice building on a pretty block
Former Tenant
Pros:
Best super ever! Also nice apartment interior, good temperature control in winter, nice neighbors and pretty street. Close to subway at 191st. Management organized, honest and straightforward . More than you can say for 90+ percent of buildings in NYC.
Cons:
Cockroaches in the spring/summer. Mostly gone once we decluttered and closed holes. Ditto for the one mouse we saw. Noise from broadway if your windows are on 190th. Management could be a little short tempered in their tone.
Advice to owner:
Continue to be honest and straightforward with tenants. This is much appreciated , and rare in NYC.

Super is phenomenal. Close to the subway.
Cons:
Close to busy funeral home. Poor management.
Advice to owner:
Update building features. Be more responsive to tenets.
