Most people in the building are friendly
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building is close to the A and 1 train
Cons:
There seems to be a general lack of cleanliness. Floors are not mopped and some residents leave garbage in hallway.
Advice to owner:
The Locker Room bar has outdoor dining. Why do they need to take their sound system outside with them??

Too much noise
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great building superintendent
Cons:
Repairs take forever and there is no follow up
Advice to owner:
You need far better communication. Make sure the tenants have their dogs licensed and vaccinated. It is like a kennel with all the dogs barking.
