Old building, bugs, meh
Former Tenant
Pros:
There was an elevator and laundry.
Cons:
There were cockroaches. Another person in the building said they had rats but I didn’t see any.

Luxury Apartment Building by Fort Tryon Park
Former Tenant
Pros:
The general building was kept clean, including the laundry room, common gym + outdoor area, and lobby.
No pests encountered while I lived in my unit.
Porter and super are approachable and quick to help.
Cons:
If your windows face Broadway, be prepared to endure car horns honking, vrooming motor bikes, and people partying at the restaurants and bars along Broadway between 192nd and Fairview.
Unit walls are thin, so if your neighbors are arguing next door or upstairs, you'll likely hear them.
Keep all rent receipts so you can use them if mgmt claims you did not pay one month.
Advice to owner:
Please respond more timely to individual tenants' concerns. Please be more straight-forward and don't just keep transferring calls to an answering machine.

Not the Worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator, Gym and Park
Cons:
Unresponsive & Bad Package System
Advice to owner:
Focus less on updating the public areas and more on fixing the tenant’s problems.
